Chicken Noodle Soup For The Soul

Ingredients

125g dried egg noodles
1.2L stock
300g stir fry veg
250g cooked chicken
soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Boil noodles, bring stock to the boil and simmer veg for 5 mins

Step 2

Drain noodles- add to stock with chicken, season and heat for 2 mins. Sprinkle with soy sauce
