- 500g boneless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- sliced
- Coarsely ground black pepper
- A little vegetable oil

Preparation
Step 1
Put the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic and pepper in a bowl and stir to combine. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate for at least for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken until browned and cooked through.
Step 3
Serve with warm, freshly cooked white rice.
