- 2 x eating apples
- 1 x chicken stock cube
- 1x bottle cider
- 8 x pork medallions
- creme fraiche

Step 1

Chop onion & apples place in a casserole dish. Add the Pork & stock cube. Cover with the cider & place in the oven for approx 70 minutes at 180. Remove from oven & add 2-3 tbsp of creme fraiche stir well & place back in the oven for 20 mins.
