- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsps bottled teriyaki sauce
- oil
- 125 g noodles (preferrably buckwheat)
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Using a sharp knife, score each chicken breast diagonally 3 times. Rub with the teriyaki sauce. Set aside in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the grill to high. Cook the noodles according to the pack instructions. Drain and rinse well in cold water.
Step 3
Lightly brush the grill will oil and then add the chicken breasts and brush with extra sauce.
Step 4
Grill for about 15 minutes, adding more sauce occasionally.
Step 5
Meanwhile, heat a wok and add the sesame oil.
Step 6
Add the noodles and stir to heat through. Stir in the sesame seeds and parsley.
Step 7
Transfer the chicken breasts to plates and then add noodles to each plate. Serve and enjoy!
