Teriyaki Salmon

Really quick to cook - but very tasty. Serve with rice, noodles or a side salad
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- skin on
- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan
Step 2
In a bowl mix together the soy, sugar, garlic and sesame oil and set to one side
Step 3
Place the salmon skin side down in the pan and fry until the skin is crispy
Step 4
Turn over the salmon and pour in the teriyaki glaze
Step 5
Fry until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is sticky and reduced
