- 30ml White Wine - Preferably Dry
- 30ml Water
- 1 Clove of Garlic - Chopped
- Knob of Salted Buter
- Pepper
- Parsley - works ok with dried or fresh

Step 1
Take you salmon fillets and dot with butter.
Step 2
On the hob heat your wine and water in a pan and add the garlic, allow to simmer for around five mins and add the salmon. Sprinkle the parsley over the top.
Step 3
Reduce the temperature and allow to simmer for 10-15 mins
