- 2 fillets of smoked salmon
- 1 cup of either frozen or fresh green Petit pois
- 1 teaspoon of whole and cracked black pepper
- pinch of salt
- Half a cup of hot water

Preparation
Step 1
Add the peas to a blender and turn it on for 20 seconds (fast setting)
(if peas are frozen cook in boiling water for two minutes and add to the blender whilst hot)
when the peas have become mushy add the hot water salt and half the teaspoon of black pepper and blend for a further 20 seconds. Remove and place on a plate.
Step 2
spoon half of the pea puree onto a plate place one of the smoked salmon fillets on top. (First serving). Repeat the process for the second serving.
Step 3
Enjoy!
Leave the salmon in the fridge for and crisper taste.
