A super quick soup made with frozen peas, enhanced greatly by a secret ingredient!

  • 1/2 tablsp olive oil
  • 1medium onion
  • 1 or 2 Bay leaves
  • 450g frozen peas
  • 2tbsps chopped fresh mint
  • Grated rind of 1 lime (keeps green flavour)
