Salmon steak with cream of peas

Step 1

Cook the peas in a large pot of salted water, drain, put them into the mixing bowl, mash.

Step 2

Cook the salmon steaks in foil in the oven for about 15 minutes (check for doneness).

Step 3

Chop the mint leaves, heat the pea puree in 10 cl of water, add 20 cl of cream, mix everything, add salt and pepper.

Step 4

In each plate pour a ladle of cream peas, sprinkle with chopped mint, place the hot salmon steak on top, and serve.
