  • 75g butter
  • 50g sugar
  • 1/2 sachet(s) of porridge oats
  • (filling)
  • 50g sugar
  • 600g fruit

Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to Gas mark /180'C.

Step 2

Peel, core and slice the fruit into a bowl.

Step 3

Add the sugar to the fruit and cook on the hob for 4 minutes on a high heat.

Step 4

Put the fruit into a pie dish.

Step 5

Place the flour porridge oats and sugar into a bowl. Then put the butter in as well and rub until it looks like breadcrumbs.

Step 6

Put the crumble mixture on top of the fruit.

Step 7

Cook in the oven for 25 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
