Savoury mince and onion muffins

  • 1 onion
  • chopped
  • 200g of breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 10 cl of ketchup
  • 50g of sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • salt + pepper

Step 1

Mix the beef, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper together with a wooden spoon. Grease the muffin tins and fill 3/4 full with the mixture.

Step 2

Mix the ketchup and brown sugar together. Cover the meat in this sauce. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for 25 minutes.
