Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl mix together the flour, salt, oil, milk, beaten eggs, saffron and warm milk. Flake the mackerel and add to the sauce.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4, then put the cake in the oven to bake for 40 minutes (no need to grease the tin if it is non stick, the oil content in the cake is enough)
