- - 125g icing sugar + 3 tbsps
- - 160g self-raising flour
- - 125g butter
- - 500g cherries + a few for decoration
- - 30g pistachios, shelled, unsalted
- - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 4).
Melt the butter in the microwave and leave to cool.
Pit the cherries. Put 300g in a blender and mix to a puree. Set aside.
