- 125g icing sugar + 3 tbsps
- 160g self-raising flour
- 125g butter
- 500g cherries + a few for decoration
- 30g pistachios, shelled, unsalted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 4).
Melt the butter in the microwave and leave to cool.
