Step 1
Marinate the pieces of fish in a bowl with the juice of two lemons and cover with cold water for about 12 hours.
In a casserole, pour the oil with the saffron and fry the sliced pepper, chilli, garlic and chopped onions together for about 5 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes with the parsley.
Step 2
Drain the fish and put the pieces in the casserole with a glass of water and lemon juice, then simmer for thirty minutes.
