  • 500g lean mince
  • 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 400g passata
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2tbsp mixed herbs
  • 1 onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 eggs - lightly beaten
  • black pepper
  • 12 dried lasagne sheets
  • 140g mature cheddar cheese
  • 500g natural yoghurt

Step 1

Pre-heat oven at 180
Fry off mince, pepper, onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, passatta and dried herbs. cook for 12-15 minutes

Step 2

Combine yoghurt and eggs to make white sauce. Make up lasagne and place in oven.
