  • Ingredients for 7-8 people:
  • 1 chicken 2.5 kg
  • 50 g of duck fat
  • 20 g butter
  • 100 g smoked bacon lard
  • ¾ litre of red wine
  • 4 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 large carrot
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 sprigs of thyme

  • 2 tablespoons of flour
