Classic melted fondue from the Rhône-Alpes!
- 250g of beaufort
- 250g of appenzeller
- 500g of compté
- 1 large glass of Gewürztraminer (or any white wine)
- half glass of calvados liqueur
- 2g of nutmeg
- stale bread cut into small pieces for dipping in your fondue when the latter will be hot
Roast Red Pepper Mozzarella Fondue

Pre-heat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6
- 2 x 185g Mission Naan, chopped into 2cm pieces
- 560ml milk
- 55g unsalted butter
- 55g flour
- 228 jar of roasted peppers, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 50g grated cheddar
- 50g chopped mozzarella
- 2 tbsp chopped parsleysalt and pepper
