  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 large onion

Mix the flours and the dried herbs and spices

  • For the dough:
  • 250 g flour for sandwiches
  • 250 g flour for white bread
  • 150 ml water (lukewarm)
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
