- 100g butter
- 1 cup flour
- 2ml baking powder
- 40g sugar
- Filling:
- 500ml milk
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- 25ml flour
- 25ml maizena
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Knob butter
- Cinnamon for sprinkling

- for the base:
- 225g strong white bread flour
- half a teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon dried easy-blend yeast
