Ingredients
- 9 oz of wholemeal
- 41/2 oz of white plain flour
- 2 teaspoons wheatgerm
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon breadsoda
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons bran
- 2 teaspoons porridge
- 14floz of buttermilk
- 1 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil or honey

Cook at 210 degrees for 10 mins and then 200 degrees for 40 mins
