  • 18 fluid oz tepid water

Step 1

mix all ingredients in a mixer with beaters for 10 minutes
grease with oil or lard 4x4 yorkshire pudding tins,put on top of cooker ring, put oven on gas no6,spoon mix into tins to make 16 in all ,leave to rise for 1 hour bake in oven for 15 minutes per tin,put on cooling rack for half hour to cool,then enjoy.
