- 2 to 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 medium grated onion
- salt and pepper
- a handful of thinly chopped parsley and chives
- oil for frying

Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Roll the mix into small patties or balls.
Heat a pan filled half-way with oil, and once the oil is hot, drop the patties in and fry until golden-brown.
