Preparation
Step 1
Cut the potato into thin slices and chop the garlic.
Step 2
Fry the garlic over hot pan until it turns slightly brown.
Step 3
Add in the potato and fry for a while.
Step 4
Add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce and stir well.
Step 5
Add a cup of water and simmer it.
Step 6
Cover the pan to let it cook for 15min.
Step 7
Check if the potato is cooked with a fork. Add some water if it becomes too dry.
Step 8
Serve when the potato is cooked.
