  • long beans (optional)
  • light soy sauce
  • dark soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Stir-fry onion until the aroma comes out.

Step 2

Add the long beans (which have been cut into small pieces) and stir-fry it for a while.

Step 3

Move the ingredients in step1-2 onto one side of the frying pan and add the egg.

Step 4

Add the rice that has already been cooked to the egg.

Step 5

Mix all the ingredients together.

Step 6

Add little amount of dark soy sauce and adequate amount of light soy sauce.

Step 7

Stir-fry for a while until the rice and the sauces are well-mixed.

Step 8
