Ingredients
- 1/4 red chilli (seeded), finely chopped
- 100g Philadelphia
- 8 tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tsp ginger, finely grated
- 500 ml chicken stock (cube)
- 1 tsp oil for cooking
- 600g chicken fillet pieces
- Satay sticks (skewers)
- Sprigs of coriander (leaves only)
- 320g rice

Preparation
Step 1
Prick the chicken on the skewers.
Step 2
Lightly salt the skewers.
Step 3
Grill for 6 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 4
Fry the chilli, garlic and ginger in oil.
Step 5
Add the chicken stock and the Philadelphia. Heat and stir.
Step 6
Serve the skewers with the curry sauce, rice and a tomato salad.
Step 7
Garnish with coriander.
