Instant Custard

simple egg custard tarts

Ingredients

2tbsp Custard Powder
1tbsp Sugar
1Pt Cold Milk
2Pt microwaveable Jug

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together, custard powder, Sugar and a little milk to make a paste, blend in remaining milk, whisk well. Cook on high power in microwave for 4 - 6 minutes, Whisk well 1/2 way through cooking time, then again at the end of cooking time.

Can make just before you need it.
It goes with most puddings.
