Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 4 medium sized tomatoes, diced small
- 1 1/4 tsp green chillies
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 tsp ginger/garlic
- 2 tsp jeeru powder
- 1 1/2 tsp dhana powder
- 1 1/2 tsp gharum masala
- 1/4 tsp arad (turmeric)
- 2 tbsp oil

Preparation
Step 1
Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes (until hard-boiled). Peel, grate and set aside.
Step 2
Fry the onions in a pan until soft and starting to brown.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes and all the spices, allowing to cook till the mixture is soft and like a chutney.
Step 4
Add the grated eggs, mix gently to coat in the spices and allow to cook for a few minutes to absorb the spices/flavour. Serve hot with chapattis fresh off the griddle!
