- 3 chilli's
- clove of garlic
- milk amount depending on thickness you want
- olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
chop tomatoes, chilli's and garlic and add to a roasting tin.
Step 2
cover in olive oil and roast in a roasting tin until tomatoes are starting to brown.
Step 3
transfer to a pot, blend with a hand blender and add milk until you reach desired taste
add milk, chillis and garlic to your desired taste
