- 220g dark brown sugar
- 135g bread flour
- 1/2tsp bicarb. of soda
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1/4tsp ginger
- 1/2tsp nutmeg
- 1tsp vanilla
- 175g pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs

pour into lined cake tin and bake for 25mins @ 180*c
