  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

  • 110g marg
  • 220g dark brown sugar
  • 135g bread flour
  • 1/2tsp bicarb. of soda
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4tsp ginger
  • 1/2tsp nutmeg
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 175g pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
