Ingredients

  • Pastry:
  • - 125g of flour
  • - 60g butter
  • - 1 yolk
  • - 1 cup of water
  • Filling:
  • - 150g of pumpkin puree
  • - 35g of cream
  • - 1 egg
  • - Cinnamon
  • - Cloves
  • - Nutmeg
  • - Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Make the pastry. Butter a tart tin and place the pastry in the tin. Prick the bottom with a fork.
Set aside.
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the filling. Pour onto the pastry. Bake for approx. 3/4 of an hour.
