Chocolate Crunch Bars

  • 200g chocolate coated biscuits
  • 300g good quality chocolate
  • 125g butter
  • 3 tbsp syrup
  • 2 large mallows

Step 1

Melt chocolate, butter and syrup over a low heat.

Step 2

Crumble biscuits and cut up mallows.

Step 3

Remove 150ml of chocolate mixture and keep to one side.

Step 4

Add biscuits and mallows to melted chocolate and stir well.

Step 5

Pour into lined 8 or 9 inch square tin. Pour over remaining chocolate.

Step 6

Place in fridge and leave to set. While in the tin mark into bars. Remove from tin and cut through.
