  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 8 marshmallows
  • 150 g of biscuits, such as petit beurre
  • Desiccated coconut
  • tinfoil

Step 1

Melt the chocolate and butter. Whisk them until the mixture is smooth.

Step 2

Add the egg to the chocolate butter when it has cooled a little, then add the icing sugar. Crumble the biscuits and cut the marshmallows into small cubes.

Step 3

Mix together and pour your mixture onto the tinfoil and roll up like a sausage.

Step 4
