Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 0.5 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 200 ml light coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cut chicken into strips, put marinade ingredients into bowl, mix, leave at least 30 mins.

Step 2

Gently heat all satay ingredients in pan until smooth.

Step 3

Thread chicken onto skewers. Heat griddle pan, cook chicken for a few minutes each side, serve with satay sauce and rice.
