  • 200g bread flour

  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 125ml warm water

Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 270'C.

Step 2

(base) Mix the salt, flour, yeast, water and oil in a bowl.

Roll out and put onto a baking tray to prove, in the oven on a low heat for 20 minutes.

(topping) Grate the cheese and mix the tomato puree with the water.

Step 5

Take the base out of the oven and put on the toppings.

Put into the oven for 12-15 minutes.
