White pizza with chicken, chanterelles and three kinds of cheese
it looks like an appearance - entirely white and innocent.
mix of texture and perfect matching - everything is in it.
- - 3 glass of flour
- - 10 g yeast
- - 1 glass of warm milk
- - 1 tsp sugar
- - 1 tsp salt
- - 2 tsp olive oil
- - 1 chicken breast
- - 250 g chanterelles
- - 1 onion
- - 200 ml sour cream
- - 1 package of mozzarella
- - 1 package of camembert
- - 100 g grated smoked cheese
- - salt and pepper

dilute the yeast in the warm milk, add the sugar and 1 tbsp flour. wati for about 15 minutes until it's start to grow.
sieve the flour and salt. add yeast and knead the dough until all ingredients are mixed. then add olive oli and knead it again as long as it detaches from your hand.
leave the dough in the bowl covered by a linen dish-cloth for 1,5 h.
In the meantime prepare the topping:
a) rinse the chicken and cut it into small pieces. season them by salt and pepper. sear them for a few minutes.
b) chop the onion and cleanse the chanterelles. add them to the chicken and fry until the mushroomes are only a little crisp. when the water from the chterelles is evaporated, add the cream. don't boil it up. leave until it's cooled down.
cut all kinds of cheese into pieces.
preheat the oven into 200*C.
roll the dough out on the baking tin and put the sauce with the chicken and chanterelles and all cut cheese on.
bake the pizza for 15 minutes.
