  • 500 g cream cheese
  • (fromage frais) well drained
  • 2 tbsp baking Sucaryl or 100 to 150g of sugar
  • 2 sachets vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pear or apple
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Step 1

Beat the egg yolks, add the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, salt.

Step 2

Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the previous mixture. Add the fruit, peeled and cut into small pieces. Pour this mixture into an oven dish with a high rim.

Step 3

Bake at 180°C, for about 30 minutes. Refrigerate several hours to set. Serve cold with a red fruit coulis, for example.
