Step 1
The cucumber salad
- Wash, peel and remove the seeds from the cucumber
- Cut the cucumbers into slices
- Place the cucumbers in a bowl.
- Add oil, garlic and chilli powder
The avocado
- Peel the avocado and slice.
The cod chiquetaille
- Grill the cod (without any fat or salt) over a wood fire (best) or in the oven
- Remove the cod from the heat and plunge in cold water
- Leave to cool in the water
- Change the water and clean the cod
- Remove the bones
- Flake the cod
- Cut the onion into small cubes
- In a bowl, pour some oil
- Add the cod and onions
