Avocado Mashed Potatoes

Place the potatoes in a large pot with enough cold, salted water to cover them
- 1 medium avocado
- 340g potatoes
- Butter
- Milk
- dash lemon juice
- salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Peel the potatoes and cook them in boiling water or steam them, whatever you prefer
- 2 ostrich steaks
- 75 g roquefort
- 30 g of walnuts
- 1/2 kg potatoes (type bintje or charlotte)
- 2 apples
- 5 cl of peanut oil
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 50 g butter , salted
- 12 cl full fat milk
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
Quail with dried fruit and mashed sweet potato stuffing

Boil water in a pan, peel the sweet potatoes and cut into pieces and put them in the pan
- 4 quails, gutted
- a handful of raisins,
- a handful of dried apricots
- a handful of dates,
- a handful of figs,
- some cashews + hazelnuts + almonds
- thyme, rosemary, cinnamon,
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- salt, pepper,
- 10cl Muscat,
- 15cl vegetable stock
- olive oil.
- Slivered almonds and chopped coriander.
- For the mashed sweet potatoes:
- 5 large sweet potatoes,
- vegetable stock (30cl)
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil,
- salt and pepper.
