Goulash, stew, paprikash, Hungarian fish soup, paprika potatoes etc
- 3/4 kg of pork thigh
- 1/2 kg of pork ribs or collar (or instead of them 1/2 kg pork thigh too)
- 250 g onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon ground paprika
- 1/2 tomatoe
- 1/4 green pepper
- 1/2 dl of dry white wine (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fat (or neutral oil)
- pepper, cumin, salt

- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 350g tomatoes - skinned and chopped
- 1 tspn thyme
- 2 tspns parsley
- 2 tspns worcester sauce
- 150ml double cream

- Ingredients for 4
- Tablespoon each of cumin seeds fennel seeds and fenugreek.
- A grind of pepper a pinch of dried crushed red chilli
- A pinch of dried thyme
- A grind of sea salt
- 500 gm pork tenderloin cut into half inch or 7mm slices
- 2 small red onions finely chopped
- Olive oil and a knob of butter
- 30 ml dry white wine
- About 30 ml of chicken stock
- 1 red pepper deseeded and chopped up into smallish squares
- 150 ml of single cream
- Bunch of fresh coriander chopped

- 3 tablespoons hot smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons demerara sugar
- 4 garlic cloves (peeled and crushed)
