Ham shank with Munster cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Put the ham in a casserole with a little oil until golden. Add the chopped onions, carrots into slices, and the potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add 25 cl of white wine, water, a bouquet garni and the garlic cloves.
Step 3
Simmer for 120 mins at 130 ° C in a preheated oven. Do not forget to cover.
Step 4
Slice thinly the Munster cheese and place the slices on the ham. Brown in the oven. Enjoy!
