Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops - trimmed
- 2 tablespoons seasoned flour
- 25g butter
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 350g tomatoes - skinned and chopped
- 1 tspn thyme
- 2 tspns parsley
- 2 tspns worcester sauce
- 150ml double cream

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a large frying pan
Step 2
Coat chops in seasoned flour and fry until brown on both sides
Step 3
place each chop on to a square of foil and leave to rest
Step 4
Saute onions and garlic in the frying pan and then stir in the tomatoes, thyme and worcester sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Remove mixture from the heat and stir in cream and parsley.
Step 6
Divide mixture equally between the 4 pork chops. fold foil loosely around the pork chops and tomato mixture to form the parcels.
Step 7
Bake in the oven at 190c/375f/Gas 5 for 40 minutes until chops are tender
