- 2 tablespoons seasoned flour
- 25g butter
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 350g tomatoes - skinned and chopped
- 1 tspn thyme
- 2 tspns parsley
- 2 tspns worcester sauce
- 150ml double cream

Put the sheets of filo pastry together brushing in between with egg yolk to help them stick
- 3 Sheets (Ready Made) Filo Pastry
- 1 Egg Yolk (Beaten)
