- 2 table spoons sugar
- 1 table spoon melted butter or veg oil
- cocoa powder (how ever chocolaty you want it i use 2 teaspoons)
- 1 lindt chocolate ball,or any chocolate you enjoy
- 1 large egg

- 2 egg yolks
- 100g caster sugar
- 100g plain flour

- 55g Butter, Softened, plus extra for greasing
- 85g caster sugar
- 170g Carnation condensed Milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1tbsp Nescafe Espresso coffee powder, dissolved in 1tbsp boiling water
- 350g dark chocolate, melted
- 85g plain flour
- Cocoa powder, to dust (optional)

- 1 tbsp top-quality instant coffee
- 100g dark 'continental' chocolate (at least 65% cocoa solids)
