- * 185g of flour
- * 185g butter
- * 100g of sugar
- * 300g of chocolate dessert
- * 6 eggs
- * 1 tbsp of baking powder
- For the icing
- * 100g of cooking chocolate
- * 50g of butter

Preparation
Step 1
1) Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2) In a saucepan, melt chocolate in double boiler with butter.
3) Remove from heat and add the flour & baking powder.
4) In a bowl, mix the sugar and egg yolks until the mixture is light and fluffy. Pour in chocolate mixture.
5) Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them firmly to the previous mixture
6) Pour into a mold of 22cm in diameter and bake for about 35min.
7) Let cool completely and prepare the glaze: Melt chocolate and butter separately. Mix well until it is smooth and shiny. Spread over cake using a spatula. Decorate the cake when the icing is still slightly warm.
