Ebly Stuffed Tomatoes

Preheat oven at 190°C. Cook Ebly in pot of boiling wtaer for 18 minutes
- 80g Ebly
- 10 beef tomatoes
- 75ml olive oil
- 400g onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 250g minced lamb
- 752ml chopped parsley
- 45ml mint
- 100g grated parmesan

- 1 cucumber
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- 12 black olives
- 1 spring onion

- 8 tbsp light mustard vinaigrette
