Ingredients

  • 1 cup of plain flour ( or 125 grams)
  • 1 tbs of sugar
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tbs of melted butter
  • 1 tbs of vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.

Step 2

To the dry ingredients add melted butter, vegetable oil, milk and the egg. Mix well until all lumps are gone.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into a hot pan allowing 2 minutes for each side.
