Cut the tomatoe and the ham into small pieces.
Break all the eggs in a bowl and add the tomatoe, ham and grated cheese.
Season it with salt and pepper.
Slice the onion, and cook in a frying pan with oil for 5mn.
Iinto the frying pan with the onions, add the mix of egg, tomatoe, ham and cheese and mix while cooking.
When ready serve hot.
