- 1 kg of potaotes (mashed potatote type)
- 20 cl of cream
- 20 g of butter
- 20 cl of milk
- salt
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and cut the potaotes into small pieces.
Boil in salted water until you can slide a knife easily inside the flesh.
Step 2
Drain and mash them with a potaote masher or a fork.
Add milk, butter and cream to obtain the desired consistency.
Step 3
Season it with salt and pepper to your taste.
It's ready !!
You can also replace the cream and butter by olive oil. Gives a more mediterranean taste, and is more healthy.
