Ingredients
- Enough large seedless green grapes to cover the base of a serviing bowl
- Equal quantities of Greek yogurt and whipping cream
- 4tbsp demerara sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse and dry the grapes. Place them in the bottom of your serving dish and sprinkle over 2 tbsp demerara sugar.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk the whipping cream until thick then stir in the Greek yogurt. Once this is ready (taste it to check), pour over the grapes until they are completely covered.
Step 3
Sprinkle the remaining sugar on top of the creamy topping then refrigerate until required.
